We comply with FINMA Circular 2018/3 'Outsourcing Banks' (formerly 2008/7 'Outsourcing Banks').
Only verified personnel with an impeccable reputation work with us. Additionally, all employees have signed a confidentiality agreement according to the Banking Act, Art. 47.
This provides the necessary security for FINMA-supervised companies to outsource their archiving processes.
